Joseph Kan
DDS, MS 

      Dr. Kan completed and obtained a master degree in Prosthodontics and Implant Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry (LLUSD).  He is a Professor in LLUSD and maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Implant Surgery.  He is on the Editorial Board of The International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry, and The European Journal of Esthetic Dentistry.  
Dr. Kan honors include the Best Research Award from the Academy of Osseointegration in 1997, the Judson Hinckey Award from the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry in 2003, and the Robert James Achievement Award for his contribution in Implant Dentistry in 2005.  Dr. Kan has published over 60 articles in reference journals with emphasis on interdisciplinary treatment, periodontal tissue management and anterior implant esthetics.
